On-Site Service $125 for first hour. 1 hour minimum , additional time billed in 15 minute increments

Time is money. Take advantage of our on-site service rate. We’ll come to your home or business and stay there till the job is done.

  • To schedule on-site service please call 478-420-0668 and a friendly tech can make an appointment for you.
  • We can usually come out same day or next day, and emergency service is available
  • The average home service call to troubleshoot and correct a problem takes about an hour. Additional time may be required if there are complex issues, setups and installs or multiple computers to fix.

Our friendly, professional on-site technicians may negotiate a fixed rate if the computer can be returned to our shop to avoid excessive hourly charges.

  • Onsite service rate $125 for first hour, 1 hour minimum. After our technician arrives and understands your need completely a custom quote will be made just for you.

Fix My Computer Package

The Fix My Computer package is $189 dollars for all labor. Parts and sales tax not included.

It is available for all carry in Laptop, Desktop, Tower, or Netbook computers running MS Windows.

  • Comprehensive hard drive integrity and ram tests
  • Clean any and all virus, spyware and malware
  • Complete tune up and optimization

  • Replace / Repair DC jack or LCD screen on portable computers
